Proceed East on I-275 to Exit 39 Fairfield/Forest Park. Turn left off the exit. Proceed straight to the fourth traffic light at Mack Road. Turn right onto Mack Road. The Center for Health and Wellness is on the left side of the street. Parking at The Center for Health and Wellness is plentiful and free of charge. Spaces are provided for handicapped parking and the Health and Wellness Bld. is handicapped accessible. OHC’s office is located on the third floor in suite #300.
WESTBOUND (I-275)

The Center for Health and Wellness has a covered drop-off area at the entrance to keep you dry and safe from the elements year round. Your driver can drop you off at the entrance, then park in the lot.
